Join us for the 2024 AEAI Fall Convention November 15-17, 2024!
Follow the steps below to register for the convention. You must register for the convention first before you can select actual sessions and build your convention schedule in Sched. Ticketed workshops have been worked into the convention registration price. Once you register, you can add your desired workshops and sessions to your convention calendar to reserve your place in limited-space sessions. Failure to do this may result in workshops booking up before you’ve earmarked your seat.
Paying with a PO? If you are paying for the convention with a Purchase Order from your school, be sure to select one of the PO ticket options at checkout. You won't pay anything online, but you will receive Purchase Order paperwork via email. Your quick and timely payment via PO is greatly appreciated.
STEP ONE: Click on RESERVE TICKETS (or TICKETS on your smartphone).
STEP TWO: Add your desired convention ticket. Note that there are options for Regular, Retired, Student Members and Non-Members. You can also indicate if you are only attending Friday only, or if you plan on attending the entire convention.
Planning on attending the Banquet on Saturday There is an extra line item in the list of tickets to reserve your place. Bringing guests? Add as many Banquet tickets as you need prior to checkout.
STEP THREE: Once you have your desired registration selected as well as banquet ticket added (if you plan to attend) click Next. If you are paying via PO, you won't pay anything at this time, but do look for a PO invoice via email very soon.
STEP FOUR: Complete the demographic information in the next window. This includes name, address, school information, and more.
STEP FIVE: Click on Register. You will be re-directed to a new window to enter payment details and hit Submit.
STEP SIX: A confirmation window will appear confirming your registration. You will also receive an email to the email address provided during the registration process.
HERE'S THE FUN PART! STEP SEVEN: Build your schedule. Note that ticketed workshops have been built into the convention ticket prices. You must reserve your desired sessions in the live schedule in Sched after registering in order to reserve your spot in ticketed workshops. Click on each session you would like to attend. Selected sessions will automatically populate in your Sched account, reserving your place.
If you forget to build your schedule right after purchasing your convention registration you can log back into Sched at any time and build your schedule. But don’t delay!
